 Newly elected State Officers: People's Commissioner and Supreme Commander Brooklyn Hewitt, Prime Minister Chris Faine, Consul of Justice K. Riley Hewitt. The second sitting of the still-ongoing ordinary session of the Third Congress of People's Councils has elected a new People's Commissioner, Prime Minister, Central Executive Committee, Consul of Justice, and Supreme Commander.
The session began on the 29th of August after having been postponed due to the flooding disaster in Eastern Kentucky, alongside the still-postponed Blair Mountain League public conference. The Congress of People's Councils is the NRR's supreme organ of state power, and - under normal circumstances - meets twice every year; once in February and once in August.
