 The flag of the Territory of Armaroja. Armaroja, a parcel of land in California, has been annexed as the first unincorporated territory of the New Richmond Republic.
The territory, comprising nearly nine acres of grassland, was gifted to the Republic by Citizen-Premier Sophia Albina of the Republic of Nordale as a sign of the fraternal bonds between the New Richmonder and Nordalian peoples as members of the New Virginian multinational community. The annexation of Armaroja is historic as it is the first land claim of the Republic outside of the Appalachian and Kentucky Bluegrass regions, as well as the first unincorporated territory annexed under the recently-adopted federal system.
