Ministry of Home Affairs
The Ministry of Home Affairs (or MOHA) is responsible for the administration of the Republic's land and the national census. The Ministry was established on the 3rd of August 2021 (1RY) through the enactment of the First Basic Law alongside the other ministries of the Central People's Government. MOHA is additionally directly responsible for the governance of the NRR's unincorporated territories (such as Armaroja) and the naturalization of new citizens through the Bureau of Naturalization.
The Ministry is directed and overseen by the Minister for Home Affairs who is elected by the Congress of People's Councils and sits as a member of the Federal Council. The Minister is responsible for directing the activities of MOHA and the subordinate organs and offices under it and compiling reports on the Ministry's work. The fourth and incumbent Minister is Comrade Charles Kitchen.
