Welcome to the NRR
a progressive, realist, and socialist micronation
Greetings from Mother Hewitt!
On behalf of the Blair Mountain League and the Central People's Government, thank you for visiting the official web portal of the New Richmond Republic! This website is where the NRR shares its events, news, history, culture, and more with the outside world; and, most importantly, where citizens can find valuable resources about their state and party, including all laws and articles from the state newspaper, The Mountaineer. Contact us if you need anything, and thanks again for stopping by!

"So, uh, what is this?"
The NRR is an example of an admittedly odd phenomenon known as micronationalism. We are a small group of friends and relatives who share a common land, culture, and identity; and so, we united to create our own little country. We don't expect the governments of the world to take us seriously (and we don't really want them to), but we do what we can to help each other and build something rewarding for everyone involved.
