The New Richmond Republic is governed as a federal republic of the whole people who exercise their authority through the Central People's Government. In accordance with the Hewittist two great elements theory, the Central People's Government is one of the great elements of the microsocialist republican system alongside Blair Mountain League, with the people's councils serving as the foundation of people's power and of the two great elements' legitimacy. The Central People's Government is responsible for making laws, exercising the executive authority of the state, and administering justice.
